Metabolic Results.

We provide Illinois residents with the clinical oversight and data-driven protocols needed to restore biological health—working alongside your prescribing doctor to help you achieve lasting wellness.

3 PILLARS

We don’t guess; we test. Our physician-led approach uses specific clinical markers and metabolic tracking to tailor a carnivore lifestyle to your unique biology, ensuring safety and efficacy at every stage of your healing journey.

Data-Driven Carnivore Protocols

Collaborative Clinical Coordination

As non-prescribing physicians, our role is to be your clinical advocate. We monitor your labs and biological progress, providing your prescribing physician with the objective data they need to safely adjust or reduce your medications as your health improves.

The 1-Year Physician-Led Framework

True health restoration isn't a 30-day challenge. Our Carnivore Clinical Annual (CCA) program provides a full year of oversight, monthly check-ins, and a supportive community to ensure your transition to metabolic health is permanent.

Scope of Care: Encounter Health, PLLC provides physician-led metabolic consulting and clinical carnivore protocols specifically for residents of Illinois. Please be advised that our physicians operate in a non-prescribing capacity within this program. We do not initiate, adjust, titrate, or discontinue any pharmaceutical medications or medical treatments prescribed by other providers. Our role is to serve as your clinical advocates for metabolic restoration—providing the detailed lab analysis, biological monitoring, and nutritional oversight necessary to optimize your health. We work in coordination with your existing primary care or specialist physicians, providing them with the objective clinical data they require to safely manage your medications as your metabolic function improves. All changes to prescription regimens must be directed and supervised by your prescribing physician.
